Our engineering team conducted a comprehensive site audit and identified the parking area as an ideal location for a solar carport installation. The carport design offered dual benefits: generating clean energy while providing covered parking for employees — a significant quality-of-life improvement in Pune's hot summers and monsoon rains.
We designed and installed a 100 KW solar carport system using Tier-1 LONGi monocrystalline modules paired with Sungrow string inverters. The entire project — from design finalisation to grid interconnection — was completed in 8 weeks, well ahead of the agreed timeline.

The installation was inaugurated during Environment Week 2019, with ZF's senior leadership lauding the partnership. Today, three years later, the system continues to perform at above-projected levels thanks to SunMania's comprehensive O&M programme, which includes monthly inspections, panel cleaning, and real-time performance monitoring.
